Pricing is based on availability while the group's inventory lasts. Once a cabin type has sold out, cabins may still be purchased (pending availability), but at a different price. Guest will need to contact us for pricing and availability.

Payment Schedule:
$250.00 Per Person ($500.00 Single) is due upon booking cabin
Remaining Balance is due on or before July 15, 2025
Final payment invoice will be emailed mid-June 2025. Should you wish to pay remaining balance due before July 15, 2025, please contact us.
Should payment not be received within 24 hours of the due date, the Cruise Line will cancel your reserved stateroom and you will be subject to the cruise cancellation terms. See Cancellation Terms.

We will finalize the group with the cruise line and confirm your stateroom number in August 2025 once final payments have been made and the group is paid in full. Staterooms assignments will emailed to the Primary Guest on the reservation.
Participant(s) are required to abide by the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security regulations regarding proof of citizenship. All participants (from babies and up) are required to have a valid passport OR State Certified Birth Certificate AND a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card.
Please note that hospital Birth Certificates (baby feet Birth Certificates) are not accepted. Because of processing time, we encourage all passengers to apply for a passport at least three months prior to departure. A lack of the proper identification will lead to denied entry to the cruise ship, and no refunds will be made.
Name Changes can only be done prior to 3 days before sailing. Name changes made once cabin has been confirmed to 3 days prior to departure will be assessed a $75.00 fee per name change. There will be no name changes or alterations to any reservation within 72 hours prior to the departure date.
Changes to BOTH names in the cabin is not permitted within 30 days of sailing.
$75.00 change fee does NOT apply to guests listed as TBD at the time of registration. All TBD guests must provide required information prior to September 1, 2024.

Yes, based on availability. Cabins are capacity controlled. Once you confirm a cabin, any requests to add a guest to a cabin will be based on availability of inventory and subject to a $75 change fee, plus difference in cabin price and any applicable processing fees / rebooking fees.
Once a cabin is confirmed, request to remove or cancel a guest from a cabin will result in a cancellation penalty as per the cancellation policy. See Cancellation Terms for more information.
Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation. Cancellation fees do apply, please refer to the Cancellation Policy in Terms and Conditions.

If Cruise Line cancels for any reason, including but not limited to, Acts of God, breakdown of the Vessel, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others (including due to the actions of port officials or government-imposed travel restrictions), acts of terrorism, civil commotions, embargo, weather conditions or considerations of safety of the Vessel (of which the Master shall be the sole judge), foundering of the Vessel or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, requisition of the Vessel, disease, epidemic, or pandemic, or other circumstances beyond the Cruise Line’s control (including but not limited to a change in Cruise Line’s fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively such causes shall be referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), Agent shall refund Guest for payments made for the cruise only within 30 days of receiving reimbursement from Cruise Line. Refund will exclude any credit card processing fees incurred. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the cruise line cancels the sailing, under no circumstances will Cruise Line or Agent be obligated to refund any cancellation charges incurred pursuant to the “Cancellation Policy” Section of this Agreement (or under a prior agreement between the Guest/s prior to Cruise Line’s cancellation of the Cruise).

Wi-Fi is NOT included in the cabin cost. You will be required to purchase Wi-Fi at an additional cost. VOOM is the name of the cruise line’s high-speed internet service, the fastest internet at sea. The cost of VOOM varies by the number of devices and the service package purchased. Pricing and options will be shown in your Pre-Cruise Planner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to pre-purchase Internet Packages until you receive your Booking ID (Reservation #) and Stateroom assignment in August 2025. Booking ID will be emailed to the Primary Guest on the reservation. You will be required to register with Royal Caribbean in order to access your Pre-Cruise Planner where you may pre-purchase Internet and other items. You may also purchase Internet Packages onboard the ship.
Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal luggage on board, with each piece weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.

You will not be able to pre-purchase shore excursions or other items until you have received your Booking ID (Reservation #) and Stateroom assignment (August 2025).
The Primary Guest on the reservation will receive an email with stateroom number and Booking ID number along with instructions to register and check-in with the cruise line. Once you have registered with Royal Caribbean you may pre-book shore excursions and other onboard items through your Pre-Cruise Planner.
Yes, there are three types of Beverage Packages. Pricing varies by package and will be shown in your Pre-Cruise Planner.
Classic Soda Package: enjoy unlimited fountain soda and Coca-Cola® Freestyle beverages
Refreshment Package: Unlimited fountain soda and add on mocktails, premium coffees and teas, and fresh-squeezed juices.
Deluxe Beverage package: go all out with unlimited alcoholic beverages and 40% off select bottled wine on top of everything else
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to pre-purchase a beverage package or any other onboard item until you receive your Booking ID and Stateroom assignment (August 2025) . Primary Guest on the reservation will be emailed instructions to register online with Royal Caribbean. Once you are registered with Royal Caribbean, you may access your Pre-Cruise Planner to pre-purchase a beverage package and other onboard items.
Passengers should NOT bring the following items onboard any Royal Caribbean Cruise Line ship:
· Firearms & Ammunition, including realistic replicas.
· Sharp Objects, including all knives and scissors. (Note: Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.)

· CBD Oil / CBD Products
· Candles, Incense, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers & Hot Plates. (Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense, and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy is curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighteners are allowed onboard. However, "torch lighters" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame, and therefore are prohibited.
· Hoverboards
· Martial Arts, Self Defense, and Sports Gear, including handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks.
· Flammable Liquids and Explosives, including lighter fluid and fireworks.
· Hookahs & Water Hookah Pipes
· HAM Radios
· Electrical Extension Cords, including power strips/surge protected strips
· Dangerous Chemicals, including bleach and paint.

· Alcoholic Beverages (beer, seltzer, or hard liquor) seized on embarkation day will not be returned.
Guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.
On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard, in a port-of-call, or bring more than the one permitted bottle on boarding day, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home.
To help protect yourself and your cruise investment from the unexpected, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase travel protection. Trip Cancellation , Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay and Baggage Delay can all be protected with Travel Insurance.
Some travel insurance policies require purchase within two weeks of your Initial Deposit, while others are required to be purchased prior to making your final payment. The cost for this coverage, as well as other details, may be obtained HERE.
Yes, a gratuity of $2.00 per bag is suggested.
For your convenience, all shipboard expenses are charged to your Onboard account. Sign up when you check in, establishing your method of payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB Card, Diner's Club. You may also use your debit card however please be advised that Royal Caribbean will obtain pre-authorization, as they do for all Credit Cards, and some banks hold these funds for up to 30 days. The maximum initial pre-authorization amount for all credit and debit cards is $300. Cash can also be used as a method of payment to settle your account with an initial deposit paid in advance (minimum amount will be confirmed at check in at the pier – usually around $150.00). Using your debit or ATM card · Royal Caribbean does not recommend the use of a debit card as payment for your onboard folio. · Please be advised that multiple holds will be placed on your debit card account based on your onboard purchases. · After settling your onboard folio, these debit card holds may remain on your account up to 30 days after the cruise ends. · To avoid overdraft charges from your bank, please make sure that you have enough available funds in your account during this hold period. · Royal Caribbean will not be responsible for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on Debit Card accounts.
Royal Caribbean Cruise Line provides complimentary wheelchairs which are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair during the cruise, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from a company that provides wheelchairs and scooter rentals for cruises. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard are available on a first come first serve basis.

The minimum age to cruise is six months old. No Guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. A guest's age is established upon the first date of sailing. This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms; for underage married couples; and for active-duty members of the United States or Canadian military. Certain other restrictions and conditions will apply, such as compliance with the age twenty-one (21) alcohol policy, and proof of marriage for underage couples or proof of active-duty military status required.
Single & Double Occupancy Cabins:
All single and double occupancy cabins will feature two single twin beds that can convert to one Royal Kind bed.
Triple & Quad Occupancy Cabins:
Inside: Two twin beds that convert to a Royal King. Plus one fold-down Pullman bed in staterooms with up to 3 guests or one double sofa bed or two fold-down Pullman beds in staterooms with up to 4 guests.
Oceanview: Two twin beds that convert to a Royal King for up to 2 guests. Plus two fold-down Pullman beds in staterooms with up to 4 guests
Spacious Balcony and Junior Suite: Two twin beds that convert to a Royal King plus one double sofa bed to accommodate 3rd and 4th guests.
Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor or guest under the age of 21 traveling with them must present an original, notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s) authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child, and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered, if needed. This is necessary even when the adult traveling is part of the child’s extended family (i.e. aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc). To make it easy for you, we have a sample letter you can use.
